Mr. Arvind Jain Dhakad
Mr. Arvind Dhakad, the Chairman and Founder of Ekdant Homes, is a versatile and cross-functional professional with over four decades of robust experience in steel trading, gold jewellery manufacturing, and wholesale.
He began his professional journey in steel trading for retail stores in Mumbai in 1977, where he worked for more than a decade before transitioning to gold jewellery wholesale trading in 1988.
In 1989, he established Mangal Mani Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., which today supplies gold jewellery to over 10,000 retail stores across India. Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Dhakad has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of numerous new products and technologies in India and has contributed to key policies within the jewellery sector. He has made an indelible mark in the gold jewellery industry with his trusted brand.
In early 2000s, he started his real estate journey with a vision to bring affordable housing to the MMR region by partnering with various firms. Since then, his family has successfully completed 13 projects across the MMR and Rajasthan. Today, Ekdant Homes, through its family-led structure, has more than seven associated firms operating in the Indian real estate industry.
As a leader, Mr. Arvind Dhakad firmly believes that human resources are a vital aspect of any organization. He has built a strong professional team with a long-term vision to deliver the best real estate products in the market.
Mr. Bhagwati Dhakad
Mr. Bhagwati Dhakad has over four decades of versatile experience. His career began in 1978 in Mumbai's steel industry, where he thrived for over a decade. In 1990, he embarked on a new venture, M/s Chains Corner (I) Pvt. Ltd., in the gold chain wholesale trading business, demonstrating his adaptability and keen business acumen.
Over the years, he has established himself as a key figure in the gold and diamond industry, known for his deep knowledge and contributions.

Mr. Mayank Dhakad
Mr. Mayank Dhakad, the visionary CEO of Ekdant Homes, is a distinguished alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and King’s College, London. He began his professional journey as a forensic expert in the UK and New Zealand, bringing analytical precision and global perspective to his work. In 2012, he joined the family-led real estate business, marking the beginning of his transformative leadership at Ekdant Homes.
With over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Dhakad has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. Under his leadership, Ekdant Homes has achieved significant milestones, including the successful delivery of multiple landmark residential and commercial projects. His dedication to quality, innovation, and professionalism has solidified the company’s reputation in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and the Mewar region.

Amrit Dhakad, a seasoned professional and the CFO of Ekdant Homes, brings a wealth of financial expertise to our organization. He has been a practicing Chartered Accountant since 2011 and is also a partner at KP Associates, a respected name in the field.
Amrit’s meticulous approach to financial management and his ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate sector have been instrumental in the success and stability of our organization.
